A lifelong resident, Brett was born and raised in Victoria. He graduated from Glenlyon-Norfolk and attended both Camosun College and the University of Victoria. Having now been licensed for over 10 years Brett has the experience to go with enthusiasm and market knowledge that are integral to long term success in Real Estate.
Brett has a unique and detailed perspective of the "Island Culture" with an in-depth understanding of local trends, geography and issues that fully grasp market realities. With a background in business managing a high volume clothing store for 13 years, Brett understands what it takes to run a professional organization. This background is a large factor in Brett's instant and ongoing success in real estate sales and marketing. Brett has been a MLS® sales award winner every year in the business, including the prestigious gold award 8 straight years, the highest honour bestowed by the Victoria Real Estate Board.
Raised in a prominent and well-regarded local family, Brett has fostered respect in the community and established a sound reputation for hard work, integrity, and honesty. With strong communication and networking skills, along with the ability to be an effective organizer, Brett has established a highly successful real estate sales business whose goal is customer satisfaction. Brett has worked in many aspects of real estate sales, making an early career out of large project marketing, including the Garden Condominiums (sold all 48 suites in 4 days!), the Corazon on Cormorant and the Juliet on Johnson. Brett is most active in single family homes and condominium sales in the municipalities of Victoria, Oak Bay, Saanich, Central Saanich, North Saanich, Sidney and Esquimalt, as Brett feels focusing on specific geographic areas allows him to service his clients more effectively.
Brett believes in personal relationships with all his clients and is a fiercely proactive worker who genuinely cares about helping others. Brett is self motivated, articulate and outgoing, which allows him to have meaningful ongoing relationships with his clients, with the goal to be their lifelong REALTOR®. Brett works hard to always be available to his client base at a moments notice and to keep his listing inventory to a manageable level so he can offer true personalized service. Brett has been able to maintain a steady and successful business model for over a decade now that is built solidly on repeat and referral business from a loyal client base.
Brett is a dedicated family man, happily married to Michelle, and father to Sophie. They live in Fairfield, love Victoria, and are here to stay!
